Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom wig orders may take an additional 5-7 business days to complete. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions. Shipping Methods We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping times are estimated as follows: Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance. Return & Exchange Policy Hair Extensions & Wigs Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair bundles, wigs, or custom units to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Damaged or Defective Items In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund if necessary. Order Cancellations Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot cancel or alter orders as they are already in processing. Final Sale Items Clearance, custom, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

For deep hydration, consider using a leave-in conditioner once a week. Minimize Heat Styling While our bundles and wigs are high quality, excessive heat can still damage the hair. Opt for heat-free styling methods or use a heat protectant spray when using hot tools. Proper Washing Routine Wash your bundles and wigs every 2-3 weeks, depending on wear. Gently detangle the hair before washing, and use lukewarm water to avoid stripping the hair of its moisture. Store Correctly When not in use, store your wig or bundles on a mannequin head or in a silk/satin bag to maintain its shape and texture. This will also prevent tangling and frizz. Detangle with Care Use a wide-tooth comb or a wig brush to detangle your bundles or wigs, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Avoid pulling or tugging to prevent shedding. Hydrate Regularly Just like natural hair, bundles and wigs need moisture. Spritz with a light water and leave-in conditioner mix to keep your hair soft and prevent dryness, especially in curly textures. Avoid Sleeping in Wigs For optimal longevity, avoid sleeping in your wig. If you must, use a silk or satin scarf or bonnet to minimize friction and prevent tangling. Limit Product Buildup Avoid using heavy oils or styling creams on your hair bundles or wigs, as these can cause product buildup. Opt for lightweight serums or sprays for added shine and manageability.
